Sovaris Labs(이하 “개발자”)는 모바일 퍼즐 게임 Gridelle(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 존중합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하고, 해당 정보가 어떻게 사용되는지 설명합니다.

1. 개발자가 직접 처리하는 정보

앱은 회원가입이나 사용자 계정을 제공하지 않으며 이름, 이메일, 전화번호와 같은 직접 식별 정보를 개발자의 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

현재 점수, 최고 점수, 게임판 상태, 보유 아이템, 효과음·진동 설정은 게임 진행 복원을 위해 사용자 기기 내부에 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 광고 서비스가 처리하는 정보

앱은 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob과 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 분석 및 부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소(일반적인 위치 추정에 사용될 수 있음), 앱 실행·광고 조회·탭 등의 상호작용 정보, 진단 정보, 광고 ID 및 기타 기기 식별자를 자동으로 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.

3. 개인정보의 국외 이전

앱이 AdMob 광고를 요청하거나 사용자가 광고와 상호작용할 때, 아래 광고 관련 정보가 네트워크를 통해 대한민국 밖으로 전송되어 처리될 수 있습니다.

  • 이전되는 정보: IP 주소, 앱·광고 상호작용 정보, 진단 정보, 광고 ID 및 기타 기기 식별자
  • 이전 국가: 미국을 포함하여 Google 또는 해당 광고 기술 제공업체가 데이터 처리 시설을 운영하는 국가
  • 수신자: Google LLC 및 AdMob을 통해 광고 제공·측정·부정행위 방지에 참여하는 광고 기술 제공업체
  • 목적: 광고 제공, 성과 측정, 서비스 안정성 분석, 부정행위 방지 및 동의하거나 법률이 허용하는 경우 광고 맞춤설정
  • 시점과 방법: 앱에서 광고를 요청하거나 광고와 상호작용할 때 암호화된 네트워크 통신으로 전송
  • 보유 기간: Google 및 각 광고 기술 제공업체의 정책과 적용 법령에 따른 기간

관련 법령에 따라 사용자는 앱의 개인정보 설정과 기기의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 이용 가능한 선택을 확인하고, 동의를 거부하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 광고 요청이 허용되지 않으면 맞춤형 광고 또는 광고 시청을 통한 보상 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

4. 이용 목적

  • 게임 진행 상태 및 사용자 설정 복원
  • 보상형 광고와 전면 광고 제공
  • 광고 성과 측정, 서비스 안정성 분석 및 부정행위 방지
  • 지역별 개인정보 보호 법규에 따른 동의 선택 제공

5. 동의와 선택권

관련 법규가 적용되는 지역에서는 UMP 동의 화면이 표시될 수 있습니다. 사용자는 앱의 개인정보 설정 메뉴에서 이용 가능한 동의 옵션을 다시 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. Android에서는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다. 향후 iOS판에서 앱이 추적 권한을 요청하는 경우 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 안내가 표시되며, 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 앱별 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다.

6. 보유 기간과 삭제

기기 내부의 게임 데이터는 사용자가 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 유지됩니다. Android의 설정 → 앱 → Gridelle → 저장 공간 → 데이터 삭제를 이용하면 로컬 게임 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 향후 iOS판에서는 설정 → 일반 → iPhone 저장 공간 → Gridelle → 앱 삭제를 선택하면 로컬 데이터와 앱을 함께 삭제할 수 있습니다. “앱 정리하기”는 데이터를 남길 수 있으므로 완전히 삭제하려면 “앱 삭제”를 선택해야 합니다. Google이 처리하는 광고 관련 정보의 보유와 삭제는 Google의 정책 및 사용자 광고 설정에 따릅니다.

7. 정보 보호

개발자는 앱이 불필요한 개인정보를 요청하지 않도록 설계하고, 제3자 SDK가 제공하는 보안 기능과 전송 구간 암호화를 사용합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송이나 전자적 저장 방식의 절대적인 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 일반 사용자를 위한 캐주얼 퍼즐 게임입니다. 게임 내용은 어린이도 이용할 수 있으나, 앱은 13세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 설계하거나 홍보하지 않습니다. 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 관련 사실을 알게 된 경우 아래 연락처로 알려주시기 바랍니다.

9. 방침 변경

앱 기능, 사용 SDK 또는 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 본 방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜를 변경하거나 앱 내 안내를 통해 알립니다.

Sovaris Labs (the “Developer”) respects the privacy of people who use Gridelle (the “App”). This policy explains what information is processed and how it is used.

1. Information processed directly by the Developer

The App does not provide user accounts and does not send directly identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number to a Developer-operated server.

Your current score, best score, board state, item inventory, and sound and vibration preferences are stored locally on your device so your game can be restored. This local game data is not sent to the Developer.

2. Information processed by advertising services

The App uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). For advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share an IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, and other device identifiers.

3. International data transfers

When the App requests an AdMob advertisement or you interact with an ad, the advertising information below may be transmitted over the network and processed outside South Korea.

  • Data transferred: IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, and other device identifiers
  • Destination countries: the United States and other countries where Google or the relevant advertising technology providers operate data-processing facilities
  • Recipients: Google LLC and advertising technology providers that participate through AdMob in ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention
  • Purposes: ad delivery, performance measurement, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and ad personalization where permitted by law or consented to by the user
  • Timing and method: through encrypted network communications when an ad is requested or interacted with in the App
  • Retention: for the periods specified by Google and each advertising technology provider under their policies and applicable law

Where applicable law provides this choice, you can review available options in the App’s privacy settings and your device’s advertising privacy settings, and refuse or withdraw consent. If ad requests are not permitted, personalized ads or ad-based reward features may be limited.

4. Purposes of processing

  • Restoring game progress and preferences
  • Providing rewarded and interstitial advertisements
  • Measuring ad performance, diagnostics, and fraud prevention
  • Providing consent choices required by regional privacy laws

5. Consent and controls

A UMP consent message may be shown where required. You can review or change available choices through the privacy settings entry in the App. On Android, you may also reset or delete your advertising ID through device settings. If a future iOS version requests permission to track, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt will be shown, and you can change the permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall it. On Android, use Settings → Apps → Gridelle → Storage → Clear data to delete local game data. For a future iOS version, use Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Gridelle → Delete App to remove both the App and its local data. “Offload App” may retain local data, so use “Delete App” for complete local deletion. Advertising data processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google’s policies and your advertising settings.

7. Security

The Developer minimizes requested data and relies on security features and encryption in transit provided by the integrated services. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience casual puzzle game. Its content may be enjoyed by children, but the App is not designed or marketed primarily to children under 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please contact us if you believe otherwise.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the App, integrated SDKs, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be indicated by a new last-updated date or an in-app notice.
